Refund & Return Policy

At Louis Belluci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at louisbelluciwatches@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with all necessary instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at louisbelluciwatches@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, personal care and beauty products, and items containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether your specific item is eligible for a return, please reach out to us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without requiring justification. The same conditions apply — your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at louisbelluciwatches@gmail.com and we will look into it right away.
